Wedding Celebration Agenda

4:00 PM – Welcome & Mingling

Guests are invited to arrive, settle in, and enjoy light conversation.  

5:00 PM - Ceremony

Please be seated by 5:00 PM for our short and sweet ceremony.

5:30 PM – Family-Style Appetizer Buffet, Music, & Tabletop Games

After the ceremony, we’ll have a casual reception with delicious appetizers served family-style. Enjoy music, tabletop games, and good company.

7:30 PM – Toast & Cake

Raise a glass with us for a special toast and indulge in some cake to celebrate!

8:30 PM – After Party at Rips Ales & Cocktails

Join us for an epic after-party featuring Synthpop & 80s Alternative Dance Night!

Cover charge and drinks are on us. Let’s dance the night away at the bar where Sarah and Bruce met!

Wedding Livestream

Can't make it in person to the ceremony in Phoenix on March 15th? 

You can watch here when the time comes!

Since we are doing this on a short timeframe (and limited budget) we could use some help.

There will be some cleanup and setup needed in the weeks and days before the big even. If you have some time to help tidy and pretty up the yard where we will be holding the event, that would be great.
